If she were armless...

Just a quick update this time. Though I mentioned in the last post that Addie has yet to begin rolling over, she has started to work toward that in the last week. She's been rolling onto her side for a few weeks now, but at least twice this week she rolled even further, stopped only by her bottom arm. If that bottom arm were gone, she'd be on her belly. Of course, we're not too conerned about that. She'll learn soon enough.

Addie is continuing to grow (naturally), getting longer all the time. She's still got a little pudge around her waist, but we're hoping a diet will take care of that.

It's fun to see how much more interactive the baby is getting. More and more she dislikes being awake without being interacted with. She's also getting more friendly with other people, throwing smiles around with reckless abandon. I'm thinking that the recipients really don't mind too much.

Addie is also beginning to play by herself more often. The couple stuffed animals that she has have been chewed on (and talked to) more than once, and she really seems to get a kick out of making noise with her rattles, which also have a way of whacking her in the head from time to time.

I suppose that's all for now. I'll try to put up a big picture post sometime soon.
